Chia crisp bread

¼ cup Pure Chia Seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
½ tsp sea salt
¼ cup Pure Ground Oats
1 cup water
¼ cup buckwheat flour
2 tbsp Pure Coconut Oil

Start with preheating your oven to 150C/300F. Combine all ingredients, mix well and let it sit for 30 minutes making it a thick dough. Spread this dough out on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place a second piece of parchment paper on top of the first one and roll the dough as thin as possible using a rolling pin. Remove the second piece of paper, cut the dough into small squares and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
