Chia high tea

2 tbsps Pure Chia Seeds 
1 box of frozen strawberries
2 tbsps warm water

vegan or regular sour cream
self-rising flour 

It’s time for high tea 2.0: less ingredients, easy to make, sugar free and still super sweet.
Jam: Let the strawberries defrost and stir them using a kitchen machine, pour in the water and mix with the chia seeds. Wait about 10 minutes until it thickens and your jam is ready.  
Scones: Mix together equal parts sour cream and flour. With a spoon, drop little scoops onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in about 15 minutes at 350F/180C until golden brown.
