Chia pizza

¼ cup Pure Chia Seeds
¾  cup water
4 tbsp buckwheat flour
2 tbsp of Italian herbs
1 tsp sea salt

We’re not saying it’s how the Italians would prep it, but this chia seeds pizza sure is a good replacement. Combine chia seeds, water, buckwheat flour, herbs & salt and mix well until the mixture starts to thicken. Spread out the crust mixture parchment lined baking sheet and form the dough in a round shape. Flatten to about 1 cm for a firm thin crust. Bake at 175C/350F for 30-40 minutes until firm. Remove from oven and add toppings of your choice, like homemade pesto, tomatoes and goat cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh arugula before serving. Bon appetit!
