Coconut Banana Pancakes
1 big banana
4 tbsps buckwheat flour
3 tbsps Pure Coconut Oil
maple syrup, berries and organic bacon
This breakfast is bananas. Blend the bananas, eggs and buckwheat flour into a smooth batter. Ladle the batter into a skillet over medium heat and cook until both sides are golden brown. Serve the pancakes drizzled in maple syrup and garnish with berries and bacon.
