Hemp Pasta

¼ cup Pure Hemp Seeds
1 garlic
2 cups fresh basil leaves
2 tbsps lemon juice
3 tbsp water
2 tbsps Pure Coconut Oil
pinch of salt and pepper

3 cups sundried tomatoes
½ cup chopped pecan nuts
2 cups arugula 

For the pesto: mince the first 7 ingredients in a food processor. For the pasta: make zucchini spaghetti strings using a spiralizer. For the pesto pasta: scoop the pesto trough the pasta and season it with the tomatoes, arugula and pecan nuts.
