Hemp Soup

¼ cup Pure Hemp Seeds
1 tbsp Pure Coconut Oil
6 medium chopped tomatoes
6 big chopped carrots 
2 ½ tomato paste
2 tsps sea salt
3 cups vegetable broth
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp black pepper
¼ cup fresh parsley leaves

First heat oil and then cook the carrots in a stockpot over medium-high heat. When there almost cooked add the chopped tomatoes and paste. Season with salt. Cook for another 5 minutes and if the tomatoes begin to stick add in a tablespoon of broth. Add the rest of the broth, the red pepper flakes and black pepper. Continue to cook until broth is hot, but not boiling. Then use a blender and blend together with the parsley and hemp seeds until smooth.
