Oat Bar

2/3 cup Pure Ground Oatmeal
2 tbsps coconut oil
8 ounces dates
1 cup shredded carrots
½ cup raisins
1 tbsp apple spread

Shred all the ingredients (except for the coconut oil) in a food processor. Mix the shredded ingredients with the melted coconut oil and use your hands to knead it all into a dough ball. Take a square baking dish and press the dough into the dish until it forms a smooth 1 inch thick slice. Store the dish in the fridge for 30 minutes, and cut them into big bars before you taste it (and eat the whole thing).
