Oatmeal Banana Shake

1 banana
½ cup Pure Ground Oats
handful goji berries
1 cup almond milk

Put the fast back in breakfast and go for a liquid start of the day. Blend the first 4 ingredients and pour it into a big jar. You can put a straw in it and enjoy it as a shake, but we prefer to use a spoon: top it with any kind of fruits and dried mulberries for a tasty crunch.
