Peanut Butter Dip

1/2 cup Pure Peanut Butter
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp sambal oelek
1 tbsp lime
sweet potatoes, veggies or chicken

This one is for those days when you feel like cheating instead of cooking. It’s a perfect dip for grilled veggies, sweet potatoes or chicken wings. Whisk all the ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. If it stays thick add water until it's creamy.
