Sweet Potato Chips

2 large sweet potatoes
2 truffle potatoes
4 tbsps melted Pure Coconut Oil
4 tbsps of spices or herbs you like
2 tsps sea salt

These crackling snacks suit a #purelife perfectly. Start with preheating your oven to 375 degrees F. Slice the potatoes thinly and mix them with the coconut oil, spices or herbs and salt. Place the slices in a single layer on a rimmed parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then flip the chips over and bake for another 10 minutes. For the last ten minutes, watch the chips closely and pull off chips that start to get brown.
